Industry Leading Design and Construction –

DuroForce has developed a process to make sure their rubber tracks and undercarriage parts are constructed to meet the highest standards in the industry. in addition to having the right materials to make a rubber track, it is more important to have the right PROCESS of putting those materials together. What separates DuroForce rubber tracks from the rest of the pack is their recipe. The recipe tells not just how much of a product or chemical to include, but when to put it in, how long to mix it and how long to cure it.

Did you know that the outside temperature will affect how long it takes for the rubber to cure properly? DuroForce does.

Do you know that a track will fail if you don’t acid wash the cords prior to applying the bonding agent? DuroForce does.

It is for these reasons and many others that we exclusively market the DuroForce products

DISCLAIMER

Track Loader Parts is not responsible for any costs of damage, repair, costs of installation of replacement tracks on the machine, or any downtime due to track failure.  Track Loader Parts is not responsible for any lost revenues for rental, sale or otherwise, due to downtime because of a pending warranty issue.  Track Loader Parts responsibility is limited to the cost of product sold and assumes no responsibility for any damages to equipment and/or property. Track Loader Parts. reserves the right to change or modify warranty policy or guidelines at any time and at it's sole discretion.

Track Loader Parts will cover up to $300 or the original shipping charges (whichever is less) for transportation costs when sending a replacement track to the original sale destination. The customer is responsible for shipping costs above this amount or for destinations outside of North America.

All rubber tracks should be installed based on OEM Service Manual Specifications. All other products should be installed as directed by manufacturer. Any damage done to products not installed correctly will be deemed the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered under this warranty. Undercarriage components must be checked before installation of any new products to be certain the components are within the OEM specifications as well. Undercarriages with more than 600 hours of operation should be checked before installation.  If the undercarriage has 1000 operating hours or more, the sprockets and idler wheels should be replaced before the installation of new tracks. Worn undercarriages will cause improper wear of the links of the tracks and  void this warranty.

This warranty does not cover excessive wear or abuse as deemed by Factory Engineers. Continuous rubber belt tracks exposed to “severe environments” such as fire, concrete destruction, demolition applications, petroleum environments, steel scrap yards, rock quarries, or environments where stumps or debris are present, will not be considered.  In addition, if machines running rubber tracks are retrofitted with concrete breakers or concrete cutters, the warranty is void.  If machines are run predominately on improved surfaces such as concrete and asphalt, the warranty is void.

Warranty for DuroForce Steel Tracks does not cover "pin wear". The pin and bushing design is a metal against metal application and this wear is expected as part of the normal operation of the product.

Track Loader Parts reserves the right to inspect all products considered for warranty. Products must be retained by the customer until Track Loader Parts. provides instructions for disposal or return for further inspection. Disposal of the failed track is the responsibility of the customer. Products accepted under warranty may be replaced or the customer may be provided with repair parts/pieces to restore the original product to working order. Track Loader Parts. reserves the right to refund the customer for the original purchase price of the product in lieu of repair or replacement
